Currently in practice in the areas of litigation, corporate and contract law from the Annapolis, Maryland firm he co-founded in 2004, Chris has served clients both large and small across the nation for over 20 years. Chris has successfully handled from suit to trial and appeal civil defense matters, commercial litigation and, in some instances, Plaintiff’s cases. Chris has also successfully mediated many cases in State Court in the last 9 years. Chris has drafted and negotiated contracts and served as corporate counsel for many companies in their governance and business transactions. He is also the legislative co-chairman for the Maryland Defense Counsel (“MDC”), State Representative for the Defense Research Institute ("DRI"), an economic reviewer of technological funding proposals for the Maryland Industrial Partnerships Program (“MIPS”), a member of the Health Information Systems Society (“HIMSS”) which serves the health care technology field, and a pro bono volunteer. Chris is a graduate of the St. Louis University School of Law, with a B.A. in Political Science and Certificate in Business Administration from St. Louis University.
